State, Regional, National

High Plains BookFest
Held in Billings each fall, featuring book and authors nominated for the High Plains Book Award
Montana Book Festival
Two days and three nights of events highlighting the incredible richness of Montana's literary landscape take place very fall in Missoula.
Library of Congress National Book Festival
Held in Washington, DC on a weekend in September each year. Events are free, focus is on promoting reading to all ages, especially children.

Friends of MSU Library Book Group
Have you read a good book lately—so good that you really have to talk about it? If you are interested in exploring book conversations in an informal social setting, the Friends of the MSU Library Book Group may be perfect for you. Anyone can join—Friend, faculty, student, staff, retiree, alum, man, woman, couple, or single... Meetings are monthly from 7-9 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, all year.
