Alternative term(s)/Synonym/Antonym searching: use parentheses to enclose terms that you connect with the word "or":

     --  example: (BMI or "body mass index" or obes*)   ----- this example combines PHRASE searching with TRUNCATION searching as well as searching for alternative ways to express a concept --- hence, the parentheses enclosing all of the terms, with each term connecting to the next with an "or"
