What is a Knowledge-Connecting Project?

Knowledge-connecting projects embody the principles of inquiry, innovation, transparency, and community engagement. Designed to empower individuals, everyone can help play a role in breaking down barriers to the creation, curation, and dissemination of knowledge.

These projects can be also be known as crowdsourcing, collaborative intelligence, citizen science and the wisdom of crowds.
