Delivery of books and articles is FREE IN MOST CASES! (We absorb up to $25.00 per request. If your request costs more than that, we will ask you first if you'd like to pay any amount over $25 before ordering it for you.)
You are responsible for the cost to return books to the MSU Library as well as any overdue, lost, or damaged charges incurred until they returned to the MSU Library.
Overdue charges are 50¢/day for MSU materials and $1.00/day for items borrowed from other libraries.
All articles will be delivered electronically.
You will receive notification via e-mail. Please check your spam/junk folder as notifications may end up there.

Books will be mailed to U.S. addresses outside a 60 mile radius of campus.

Items owned by the MSU Library: We try to process requests within one working day. If an item is not available from the MSU Library collection, we will try to obtain from another library. You do not need to re-request.
Items not owned by the MSU Library: These generally take 5-7 days to arrive at the MSU Library where we will then forward to you.
We only limit audio/visual items (DVD, CD, VHS, etc.) to 5 active requests.
We do ask that you respectfully keep copyright laws in mind when ordering articles.
Generally, any material that normally circulates can be sent to you.
