Tech Help in the Library

Library staff provide the following assistance:

Library staff are available to help you with your software questions, and educational efforts for common programs. We offer individual, small group, and in-class workshops by appointment. Library staff also provide help printing, and utilizing library computers to complete your work, in addition to other services. Technical errors however, will be reported and handled by UIT.

University Information Technology (UIT) provide the following assistance:

The UIT Service desk is located on the first floor of the library. UIT assists patrons with passwords, connecting to the wireless network, wireless printing from laptops, and technical errors with library computers, in addition to other services.
