Currencies used throughout the world
Throughout the world, different currencies are used by different countries. Below is a list of websites that list the currency used in each country.
- Exchange Rates - CIA World FactbookThe World Fact book lists the monetary unit used by a country. It also provides its exchange rate with the US dollar from 2005-previous year.
- ISO Currency and Fund NamesThe International Organisation for Standardization created a list of currencies for each country. The table lists the country name, currency used. It also assigns an alphabetic and numeric code to each type of currency.
- World Currency SymbolsThis site lists the country, currency name and symbols of the currency.
